E-Pedigree
At HyGen, we are continually investing in technology and we offer you the latest in Electronic Pedigree delivery either via email at the time of shipment, or via RemoteNet - our online portal. To view your Pedigree information online, login and enter your name in the Ordered By field. Click on Check Order Status under My Account tab at the top of the home page. You will see all the orders you've placed with HyGen listed in chronological order. Click on the order number you wish to obtain pedigrees on. You should find this information as you scroll to the bottom of the page. If for any reason, you experience difficulty obtaining Pedigrees, please feel free to call a customer care representative at 877.630.9198.
