Customer Returns
If for any reason you need to return a product to HyGen, please refer to the following instructions:
1. Email Customer Service (info@hygenpharma.com) or call us at 425-451-9178 and provide the details of your return. Please include:
3. Once you have signed and returned the RA form, a shipping label will be issued for the return goods.
4. Package the products carefully so that they will not be damaged in-transit and ship the box back to us.
5. Allow one to two weeks processing time to receive credit on authorized returns.

- The NDC # of the product(s) you are returning
- Number of units to be returned
- Specific lot number(s) of the items you are returning
- The reason for return
